 MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD OF SCHOOL DIRECTORS

The Board of School Directors consists of nine members: six representing Kennebunk and three representing Kennebunkport.

The weighted value of individual votes will be counted as follows:

Kennebunk                   - 121

Kennebunkport            -   92

The term of office is for three years.
