DUTIES IN RELATION TO BOARD MEETINGS

The Superintendent shall be present at all meetings of the Board.  He/she shall have the privilege of taking part in all deliberations except those pertaining to his/her own employment, but holds no vote.

He/she shall prepare and submit to the Board recommendations relative to all matters requiring action by the Board.  He/she shall place before the Board necessary and helpful facts, information, and reports.

He/she shall at all times keep the Board informed regarding the educational programs and activities operating under its authority.
