SPECIAL MEETINGS OF THE BOARD

Special meetings shall be held at the call of the Chairperson or at the call of any three directors, whenever deemed necessary.  Notice of all special meetings shall be given to the members of the Board, by the Superintendent or his/her designee, at least twenty-four hours previous to the time stated for the meeting to convene, except in emergency.

The press shall be notified of the time and place of the special meeting.
