AUTHORITY

All individuals employed by the Board are responsible to the Superintendent of Schools, and all individuals to be employed by the Board shall be responsible to the Superintendent.  The Superintendent shall make such rules and give such instructions to school employees as may be necessary to make policies of the Board effective.
