RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES

Each employee is to become familiar with the policies of the Board and shall discharge his/her duties in accordance with the same and in accordance with the rules and instructions of the Superintendent of Schools and the Principal.  The employee is directly responsible to the Principal of his/her school or supervisor.  He/she shall have the right of appeal on decisions of the Principal to the Superintendent of Schools.  If the appeal relates to a grievance as defined in a collective bargaining agreement, the employee’s right of appeal shall be as set forth in that agreement.
