HEALTH: EMPLOYEES WHO ARE KNOWN TO BE CARRIERS OF THE HTLV-III VIRUS, AIDS

 

If the Superintendent learns that any employee is infected with HIV, he shall consult with the Bureau of Health and legal counsel to determine what action, if any, is appropriate.
