Tutoring Contract

 This contract must be filled out by each employee using MSAD 71 buildings to privately tutor MSAD 71 students in 2006-2007.  Please fill out this form and return to Sherry Allen at the Superintendent of Schools office.

I understand that if I use MSAD 71 facilities to privately tutor that I will leave the space used clean and orderly.  In addition, it is agreed that I will not remove any school teaching materials or supplies from the building for tutoring purposes.
