OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual products developed by M.S.A.D. No. 71 employees on District time or with District funds or equipment are the sole property of the District and shall not be sold or made available for non-district use without the prior written approval of the District.  The Superintendent is the sole person with the authority to authorize release for non-district use.
