SELECTION OF NON-TEACHING EMPLOYEES & AUXILIARY INSTRUCTIONAL PERSONNEL
For each vacancy, with respect to non-teaching employees and auxiliary instructional personnel, the Superintendent shall select the most able and the best qualified candidate available. These vacancies shall be posted in each school.
A. The superintendent will rank all extra-curricular positions according to the collective bargaining agreement formula and make recommendations to the board for adding or eliminating specific positions during the annual budget process.
B. The stipend committee, in accordance with the teacher collective bargaining agreement, will meet annually to consider extra-curricular stipend positions and will review the rankings at the request of the Kennebunk-Kennebunkport Education Association or the Board of School Directors.
C. Following the review by the stipend committee, the Human Relations Committee will bring the positions ranking list to the full Board for approval prior to the budget process.
Appointment of an individual to more than one head coaching positions requires approval by the Board of School Directors.

RECORDS
The Superintendent of Schools shall maintain adequate records for the schools including a system of financial accounts; business and property records; and personnel, school population, and scholastic records. He/she shall act as custodian of such records.
