SPORTSMANSHIP

It is the policy of the Board that sportsmanship take precedence over winning in athletic contests as well as other school-sponsored activities.

The length of the season for all teams will be determined by league schedules, post-season tournaments, and championship games.  Any other participation in post-season play by teams or individuals must be done with special permission of the Athletic Director and Principal.  The Athletic Director and Principal’s decision may be appealed to the Superintendent (within 5 school days of the denial, and in writing); appeal may then be made to the Board using the same procedure.
