CORPORAL PUNISHMENT

No person employed by the District shall inflict or cause to be inflicted corporal punishment upon a pupil.  Any such person may use only a reasonable degree of force against a pupil who creates a disturbance, and then only if such person reasonably believes it necessary to control the disturbing behavior or remove the pupil from the scene of the disturbance.
